Wall Panel Machine
A lightweight sandwich wall panel machine that casts precast concrete partition panels 2440x610mm in thicknesses from 60 to 180mm, up to ~86m2 per set, for fast dry-wall interior, partition and boundary walls.
Turn cement and aggregate into blocks and pavers
A concrete block machine mixes cement, sand, aggregate and water, then vibrates and presses the mix in a mould to form hollow blocks, solid bricks, porous blocks or paving stones. Changing the mould changes the product, so one machine makes a full range of masonry and paving units.
Machines range from compact semi-automatic units to large fully-automatic PLC lines with mixer, batching, conveyor, stacker and pallet return. OCALWA supplies single machines or complete turnkey block production lines from a verified factory, and has supplied a full automatic line to Colombia.

By changing the mould, one machine makes hollow blocks (e.g. 390x190x190mm), solid bricks, porous/perforated blocks and interlocking road pavers. We supply the moulds for the products you want.
Output depends on the model: from about 380 standard hollow blocks per hour on a compact machine up to 1,900-2,100 per hour on a large fully-automatic line, and thousands of solid bricks per hour. We size the machine to your target.
Yes. Hydraulic press models compact cement mixes as well as fly-ash, slag and other industrial-waste raw materials into high-density bricks with no firing, saving cost and using local materials.
A turnkey line includes the host block machine, a twin-shaft forced mixer, aggregate batching, belt conveyor, a brick separator/palletizer (stacker), automatic pallet-return feeder, PLC control, interchangeable moulds and pallets. This is the type of line OCALWA supplied to Colombia.
Lead time is typically a few weeks to a couple of months by machine size, FOB China. Main machine parts carry a 12-month warranty; moulds and wear parts are consumables. Exact terms come with each quote.
