Sand Making Plant

A 50-400 t/h sand making line pairing crushing with a VSI vertical-shaft impactor and washing to produce cubical, construction-grade manufactured sand from granite, limestone and river gravel, delivered turnkey with training.

A complete line, delivered turnkey

A complete production line links every machine, feeder, crushers, screens, mills, separators and conveyors, into one engineered process sized to your material and target output. Rather than buying machines piecemeal, you get a working plant designed as a whole, with balanced capacity from feed to finished product.

OCALWA delivers the line turnkey (EPC): site layout design, manufacture, shipping, on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, from a verified factory with international project experience. We previously supplied a complete production line to Colombia.

Why choose a complete line

One responsible supplier

Every machine is matched and warranted to work together, so there is no capacity mismatch or blame-shifting.

Faster to production

Turnkey design, install and commissioning gets the plant earning sooner than assembling machines yourself.

Proven overseas

The factory has delivered lines across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, including OCALWA's line to Colombia.

Frequently asked questions

A crushing line includes the feeder, primary and secondary/tertiary crushers, vibrating screens, belt conveyors and controls; a sand line adds a VSI and washer; a beneficiation line adds ball mill, classifier, separation (flotation/magnetic) and dewatering. We design the exact scope to your material and output.

Yes. As an EPC supplier we provide layout design, on-site installation supervision or full erection, commissioning and operator training, plus ongoing technical support and spare parts.

Lead time depends on the line size and configuration, typically a few months for manufacture plus shipping and on-site installation. We give a schedule with the quotation after confirming the flowsheet.

You prepare the site levelling, concrete foundations to our drawings, and power and water supply; we provide the full foundation and layout design, equipment, and installation supervision. We advise the exact civil scope with the layout.

Yes. Give us the target output products (aggregate sizes, sand grading, or concentrate grade and recovery) and tonnes per hour, and we design the flowsheet, machine selection and screening to meet that specification.
