A crushing line includes the feeder, primary and secondary/tertiary crushers, vibrating screens, belt conveyors and controls; a sand line adds a VSI and washer; a beneficiation line adds ball mill, classifier, separation (flotation/magnetic) and dewatering. We design the exact scope to your material and output.
Yes. As an EPC supplier we provide layout design, on-site installation supervision or full erection, commissioning and operator training, plus ongoing technical support and spare parts.
Lead time depends on the line size and configuration, typically a few months for manufacture plus shipping and on-site installation. We give a schedule with the quotation after confirming the flowsheet.
Yes. We can supply add-on stages (extra crusher, screen, washer or sand-making unit) matched to your current plant, or a full replacement line. Send us your current setup and target and we design the upgrade.
You prepare the site levelling, concrete foundations to our drawings, and power and water supply; we provide the full foundation and layout design, equipment, and installation supervision. We advise the exact civil scope with the layout.
