Metal Carved Board
The metal carved board is an insulated metal siding panel: a wood-grain color-steel face, a rigid polyurethane foam core and an aluminium-foil backing, formed into a lightweight cladding board. It gives an exterior wall the warmth of timber with the toughness of steel, plus built-in thermal and moisture insulation. Steel strength, timber warmth
Three layers work together: a 0.23 to 0.25 mm galvalume color-steel face embossed with wood grain, a rigid polyurethane foam core for thermal and sound insulation, and an aluminium-foil back that blocks moisture and heat. The panel is about 383 mm wide, 16 mm thick and up to 3800 mm long, in single or two-tone colours.
Boards interlock and fix to the wall with clips, and a full accessory set of corners, edge and joiner profiles finishes every junction. The look suits villas, townhouses, shopfronts and renovations that want a warm, low-maintenance facade.
