Each house folds flat for shipping, so 4 to 6 units fit in a 40ft container. On site the walls and roof swing up and lock into a rigid light steel frame in about an hour, with insulated panels, windows and pre-wiring already fitted.
Units join side by side or stack up to three storeys for homes, offices, dormitories or disaster relief housing, and can be folded again and relocated.
