Break rock, shape aggregate
Crushers reduce large rock and ore into sized aggregate or feed for the next stage. Primary crushers (jaw, heavy hammer) take run-of-mine boulders; secondary and tertiary crushers (impact, cone) shape the product into cubical, well-graded stone for concrete, roads and railways.
Built with high-manganese and high-chromium wear parts, heavy welded frames and hydraulic setting, these crushers run reliably on granite, basalt, limestone, river stone and ore. Frequently asked questions
Start with a primary crusher (jaw for very hard/large rock, heavy hammer for medium-hard rock that can go straight to product), then add a secondary impact or cone crusher to shape and size the aggregate. We design the stages for your material.
Impact crushers suit medium-hard, less-abrasive rock (limestone) and give the most cubical shape; cone crushers suit hard, abrasive rock (granite, river stone, ore) and give lower wear cost at high tonnage. We advise per your rock.
Jaw plates in high-manganese steel, blow bars and impact plates in high-chromium, cone liners and hammerheads, plus bearings, belts and lubrication parts. We supply a spare-parts package with each machine.
Yes. The same crushers feed ore beneficiation lines, reducing ore before grinding and separation. We can supply the crushing section alone or the complete ore processing plant.
Lead time is typically a few weeks to a couple of months by machine size, ex-works or FOB China. Main structural parts carry a 12-month warranty, with wear parts (jaw plates, blow bars, liners) supplied as consumables. Exact terms come with each quote.
Yes. For single machines we provide drawings, foundation guidance and remote support; for lines we send engineers for on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. Spare-parts packages and technical support are available through the machine's life.
Yes. Beyond single machines we deliver complete crushing, sand-making and ore-beneficiation lines turnkey (EPC): layout design, manufacture, shipping, on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, from a verified factory. OCALWA has supplied a complete production line to Colombia.
