Containerized Power Station
A containerized power station houses the genset, controls, fuel and ventilation inside a shipping-container shell, giving a rugged, transportable, all-weather power plant that installs anywhere with a crane and a fuel line. OCALWA supplies 20 ft and 40 ft container gensets from 200 to 2000 kVA for mining camps, telecom, utilities and prime power, from a verified ISO 9001 + CE factory.
A transportable power plant
The container is factory-fitted with acoustic lining, forced ventilation and attenuators, a bulk base fuel tank for long autonomy, internal lighting and a control section, plus lifting and forklift points. It stacks and ships as standard freight and is craned into place ready to run.
It suits mining camps, remote telecom, utility peaking and any prime-power site that needs a robust, secure, weatherproof housing. Multiple units can be paralleled for more power or redundancy, with synchronising controls.

Frequently asked questions
A 20 ft container suits mid-size sets with a moderate fuel tank; a 40 ft gives room for larger sets, a bigger bulk tank for longer autonomy, and a walk-in control area. We pick the size from your kVA, how long you need to run between refuels and whether you want internal walk-around space.
Yes. With synchronising controls, multiple container sets share load in parallel, letting you scale capacity or run N+1 so one set can be serviced without losing power. We supply the sync and load-sharing controls and help plan the layout.
Standby rating is for backup when the grid fails, used a limited number of hours a year at varying load. Prime rating is for continuous running as the main power source, at a lower rated output for the same set. If it is your only power, size on prime; if it is grid backup, size on standby. We rate it to how you will actually run it.
Yes. We build 50 Hz or 60 Hz and set the voltage to your grid (for example 120/240V, 220/380V or 240/416V, single or three phase). Latin America is mostly 60 Hz. Tell us your country's frequency, voltage and phase and we configure the alternator and controller accordingly.
The set uses mainstream international engines whose oil, fuel and air filters, belts and pumps are widely stocked across Latin America. We also supply a starter spares kit and can re-order alternator parts, the controller, AVR and hoses so downtime stays short.
The set is built with your choice from several established international diesel engine brands, paired with a brushless, self-exciting alternator with AVR voltage regulation. You pick the engine tier to match your budget, fuel and local service network; we confirm the exact pairing and its rating before order.
Yes. Beyond the bare set we supply the automatic transfer switch (ATS), starting batteries, connection cables, remote monitoring and a starter spares kit, from a verified factory (ISO 9001 + CE). OCALWA arranges container or RORO shipping and full export documentation, and regularly ships to Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic, quoting FOB, CFR or CIF.
